The New Orleans Saints will be adding another kicker to their roster as insurance due to Blake Grupe dealing with a minor injury. He is considered day to day, per a report by Nick Underhill.
During Sunday’s 24-15 loss against the Atlanta Falcons, Grupe split the uprights with five field goals and finishing 5 of 6 as he missed a 54-yard field goal attempt. He has made 24-of-30 field goals since joining the team, with a 55-yard long and making all 19 of the extra points attempted.
On Tuesday, the Saints tried out several kickers.
